01 What counts as a "delivered order-line"?
A line item that successfully transmits as part of an EHF Ordre 3.0 document over Peppol and is acknowledged by the receiver. Lines that get rejected pre-transmission or that you cancel during review aren't counted.
02 Is there a minimum monthly commitment?
No floor at sales-onboarding. Once you're live, monthly billing means you pay for what you transmit — no per-seat fees, no platform tax. EHForder is built for teams handling at least a few hundred lines a month; under that, retyping is usually cheaper, and we'll tell you so on the first call.
03 What does the setup fee cover?
Configuring your dedicated ingress address, importing any existing SKU catalogue you want pre-loaded, and a Reviewer training session for whoever sits at the inbox.
04 Do we need to be on Peppol already?
Yes — EHForder transmits Orders via Peppol straight into your ERP, so your organisation needs to be a Peppol-receiving participant first. Good news: the suppliers sending you orders don't need to be on Peppol — they just keep emailing PDFs as they always have. If you handle large volumes of orders manually and aren't on Peppol yet, the happy path is to first move to a Peppol-enabled ERP, then come back to us for the inbound-automation layer. We're delighted to talk through what that looks like.
05 Where does the data live?
EU only. Order documents, extracted data, audit logs — all of it. Not a configurable feature, just how it works. GDPR and bokføringsloven retention defaults are built in.
06 Can we cancel?
Yes. Monthly billing, monthly cancellation. We'll export your audit trail and any catalogue data you've built up so it's not stranded.
