§ 01 How it works

An order, moving through.

An emailed PDF arrives at your dedicated ingress address. EHForder reads the PDF, normalises the lines against your SKU catalogue, scores the extraction, and routes high-confidence orders to auto-approval and edge cases to your Reviewer. Approved orders ship as EHF Ordre 3.0 over Peppol straight into your own ERP — same network you already receive invoices on, same audit story, no extra integration on your side and nothing for your suppliers to install.

§ 02 The Review UI

Built for the ~14 s
review pass.

The Review UI gives weight to the handful of fields a Reviewer's eyes actually need to land on for a confident approve. ERP price-checks, stock-checks, OCR confidence dots, and per-line alternates are visible at a glance — everything else is present but recessive. A high-confidence order takes about 14 seconds. Low-confidence ones get the time they need.
