• Split-pane review — original PDF on one side, structured fields on the other. Eyes land on the five fields that matter (SKU, quantity, price, stock, PO number); everything else stays out of the way.
• Keyboard-first navigation. j / k to move through the queue, e to jump to the order, a to approve. Reviewers handling 500+ a week love this.
• Field rules per Sender and per EndCustomer. Edit the same field twice for the same supplier? EHForder offers to save the change as a rule — next time it's already right.
• Alternate-line suggestions from your catalogue. Wrong SKU? See the top matches inline; one click swaps it in.

Auto-approval that won't bite you.

• Calibration mode you control. Tick the box and every order goes to your Reviewer regardless of score — useful for the first weeks while you build a baseline, and any time later when you want a manual pass. Auto-approval engages the moment you untick it.
• Tunable confidence threshold per tenant. Start strict, loosen as confidence grows. You're always in control.
• Hard safety caps you can't switch off by accident — value ceilings, minimum-prior-order rules, unmatched-line blocks. Designed to fail closed.
• Per-Sender override: mark a sender as Manual Only and every order from them queues for review regardless of score. Use it for new or sketchy suppliers.

• Valid EHF Ordre 3.0 / Peppol BIS Order 3.0, every time. Schematron-validated before it leaves us — receivers never reject our docs.
